In 2004, Eduardo Robsy (the 3rd judge of the MSXdev’10 contest) has made a conversion for MSX of a very classical Atari game : Pong. It has probably given the idea for a funny challenge in 2005 between coders on the Karoshi Boards. Every developer has proposed his different approach of this game.

It is called the Let’s Pong 1KB Contest, because the binary file (BIN) could not exceed the size of 1KB. We have added the games on this website in 2 other formats : DSK and ROM.

There are 10 games, but some of them are only variants. For most of the games, the sources are available. So, it means fun not only for the gamers but also for other coders !
